When you use the contact form, we receive the details you submit, including your name, email address, company, phone number, and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and communicate about services you requested.

Contact form messages are delivered using Resend, our email service provider. We do not sell your contact information.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and Vercel Speed Insights to monitor site performance. These services are designed to provide privacy-conscious, aggregate measurements.

With your permission, we also use a third-party analytics provider, PostHog, to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve its content, layout, and performance. This may include referral sources, page visits, a limited set of conversion actions (such as discovery-call clicks and successful contact-form submissions), and interaction recordings that help us see how visitors move through the site. PostHog may store an anonymous identifier in your browser after you consent.

With the same optional-cookie permission, we may load an OpenAI Ads measurement pixel to help measure whether discovery-call bookings came from ChatGPT advertising. The pixel may store a privacy-preserving ad click identifier in your browser and send limited page-measurement signals to OpenAI. We do not send contact-form details, booking notes, or attendee information to OpenAI through this measurement setup.

With the same optional-cookie permission, we may also load the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads so we can measure advertising performance and preserve click attribution from Google ads. Google Consent Mode defaults keep advertising storage denied until you accept optional cookies. When you book a discovery call after accepting optional cookies, we may also report a server-side conversion to Google Ads using a Google click identifier captured on this site (such as gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), a deterministic booking identifier, the booking timestamp, and a fixed lead value. We do not send contact-form details, booking notes, attendee name or email, phone numbers, IP addresses, or meeting URLs to Google through this measurement setup, and we do not use enhanced conversions with hashed email in the current implementation.

When interaction recordings are enabled, form inputs are masked before they leave your browser. We configure PostHog so typed contact-form values such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and message are not visible in recordings. We do not send those contact-form values to PostHog as analytics event properties, do not capture network request or response bodies in recordings, and do not record browser console logs. Recording URLs retain approved UTM parameters for campaign attribution and strip other query parameters. Click identifiers used for ads attribution are stored locally in your browser and attached only to relevant analytics events—they are not stored as permanent PostHog profile properties. New interaction recordings are retained for 30 days.

You can accept, decline, or change optional cookies at any time. If you decline optional cookies, PostHog analytics capture, interaction recordings, and advertising measurement tags are disabled.

We use Google Search Console to understand how pages appear in Google Search, including aggregate queries, impressions, clicks, and search positions. Search Console does not add tracking cookies to this site.

We retain information only as long as it is useful for responding to inquiries, operating the site, meeting legal obligations, and improving our services.
