Led development of a mobile-first patient experience for iOS and Android, enabling users to access care remotely, leveraging in-house and outsourced developers.
Architected and maintained a web-based provider portal for doctors and therapists, supporting patient messaging, appointment alerts, and real-time notifications.
Built and scaled an integrated chat triage system with AI-driven message categorization and severity triggers using AWS Bedrock LLMs.
Established engineering best practices and led the hiring of in-house developers to supplement a contractor-led implementation team.
